Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:

The wrong product was delivered

The package is tampered with at the time of delivery
📌 Important:
Since MEERAS Hair Oil is a personal care & organic product, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons.
⏳ Return Request Time

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Complaints made after 24 hours will not be entertained
📸 Proof Required
To process a return or refund, customers must provide:

Clear photos or video of the product

Outer packaging and invoice visible

Proof of damage or issue
Requests without proof may be rejected.

All orders are shipped via TCS Courier

If damage occurs during transit, we will coordinate with TCS after receiving valid proof
🔄 Replacement / Refund
Once your request is approved, we will offer one of the following:

Refund (if replacement is not available)
💰 Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

Failure to accept delivery from TCS
📦 Unsuccessful Delivery
If a parcel is returned due to:

Refusal to accept delivery
The customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
