Shipping Policy

All orders placed on the MEERAS Hair Oil website are subject to availability and confirmation. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processed, orders are shipped through our designated courier partner, TCS Courier. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. MEERAS does not guarantee delivery within a specific time frame.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. MEERAS shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. In the event a shipment is returned due to refusal, unavailability, or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the courier. If a product is received damaged, leaking, or tampered with, the customer must notify MEERAS within 24 hours of delivery and provide reasonable evidence to support the claim. Such cases will be reviewed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

As MEERAS Hair Oil is a natural and 100% organic product, minor variations in color, texture, or consistency may occur due to environmental or weather conditions and shall not be considered defects.
